Reviews from customers, not from us
Every review on this page came from a real customer on Google. We haven't written or edited any of them. Where Google's notification cut a long review short, it ends with an ellipsis, and you can read the full version on Google.
We ask every customer for a review once the job is done, and we reply to the reviews we get.

What customers mention most
Reading through the reviews, the same few things keep coming up.
Turning up when we said we would
Being on time is the thing customers mention most. It comes up on rubbish removal jobs in Battery Hill and Caloundra, and on furniture moves in Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Kings Beach. It's a simple thing, and it's the first thing people notice.
Communication
Customers in Mountain Creek, Kuluin, Noosaville and Palmview all mention how easy it was to book and how well we kept them in the loop. That starts with our booking team, who answer Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and carries through to the crew on the day.
Care with your things
On furniture moves, reviewers talk about crews being careful with their goods. That matters most when it's a family piece, a heavy fridge or a long staircase. Fridges travel upright and strapped, and we send two people when a job needs two.
Getting the job done quickly
Rubbish removal customers mention how fast things happened, from a same-day pickup in Moffat Beach to a job done faster than expected in Caloundra West. Same-day is often available on weekdays, though not always, so it's worth calling early.

Reviews by service
We do three main kinds of work, and you'll find reviews for each below and on Google:
- Rubbish and junk removal, from single items to full ute loads, plus the tip fee at cost. See rubbish removal.
- Furniture moves and single items, priced by the hour from $104. See furniture removals and single item pickups.
- House moves, from $599 for two bedrooms, quoted upfront. See house moves.
What happens when you book
The things reviewers mention are the same steps every job goes through. You send a quote request or call, and we come back with a price: a time estimate for moves, or the service fee for rubbish removal with the tip fee passed on at cost. We agree a day and a time window. The crew turns up, does the job, and you pay on completion, with no fuel or booking fees.
