Areas We Cover

The whole Sunshine Coast, from one local depot

Pickup Pals is a local Sunshine Coast business, based in Coolum Beach and working the Coast since 2023. We run two utes and an Isuzu truck, and since January 2024 we've done more than 6,300 jobs across the Coast. Every suburb below has its own page with the prices, the nearest tip and the jobs we do most there.

Where we work most

These figures are our own job counts since January 2024, rubbish removal and moves combined.

The Kawana area covers Buddina, Warana, Birtinya, Bokarina, Wurtulla and Kawana Island. The Noosa area covers Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin and Sunshine Beach. North Lakes figures run from February 2024.

Buderim and Maroochydore are our two busiest suburbs, with more than 530 jobs each. Buderim leans slightly towards rubbish removal, while Maroochydore is mostly moves, with more than 280 of them. Maroochydore moves usually stay in Maroochydore, and after that head to Buderim, Sippy Downs, Alexandra Headland, Kunda Park and Coolum Beach.

Sippy Downs moves tend to go to Buderim, within Sippy Downs, Nambour or Mountain Creek. Mooloolaba moves mostly go to Maroochydore or stay in Mooloolaba. Loads from this part of the Coast usually go to the Buderim Transfer Station on Syd Lingard Drive.

Hinterland towns and the in-between suburbs

The table only lists the areas with the most jobs. We also work in the smaller towns and suburbs between them, from Palmwoods and the hinterland to Bli Bli, Marcoola and Peregian Springs. Reviews on this site come from customers in places like Maleny, Eumundi, Diddillibah and Little Mountain, as well as the big suburbs.

Moving from one end of the Coast to the other

A move from Caloundra to Noosa, or from Nambour to Kawana, is one booking. Moves are priced by the hour, so a longer drive simply adds to the time estimate we give you before we start. Rubbish removal prices don't change by suburb on the Coast.

Services in every area

Every Sunshine Coast suburb gets the same services at the same prices: rubbish removal, furniture removals, house moves, green waste, garage cleanouts, mattress removal, fridge removal, single item pickups, house clearouts and office removals. See the prices page for every rate.
