Removalists for Peregian Beach and Peregian Springs

Peregian sits between Noosa to the north and our home base of Coolum Beach to the south. Since January 2024 we have done more than 190 jobs in Peregian Beach, more than 70 of them furniture moves and the rest rubbish runs. Our depot in Coolum Beach is just down the road, so Peregian jobs are close to home for the crew.

The two Peregians are quite different. Peregian Beach is the village by the sand, with beach houses, units and holiday homes in the streets around the shops and the park. Peregian Springs, back from the coast, is a newer estate with family homes, wider streets and the golf course. A move from one to the other is short on distance and long on variety.

Where Peregian moves go

Our records show Peregian moves head in both directions along the coast. The most common destination is Noosaville, followed by Coolum Beach, then Peregian Springs and Maroochydore. So a typical Peregian job is either a run north into the Noosa area, a short trip south to Coolum, a move inland to the Springs, or a longer drive down to Maroochydore.

For each of these, the drive is worked out before you book and included in your estimate. Nothing about the distance gets added later.

Peregian removalist prices

We price by the hour. Send us your item list, both addresses and a note about the access, and we'll estimate the loading time, the drive and the unloading time. That estimate is your quote.

If the job runs longer than estimated, extra time is billed in 15-minute blocks. You pay once the job is done, and there are no fuel or booking fees. Saturday moves are available with our truck crew at 1.5 times the weekday rate. Full details are on the prices page.

Beach houses and holiday homes

Plenty of Peregian Beach homes are built for coastal living, with decks, outdoor areas and stairs down to the yard. A few things to think about before the day:

• Outdoor furniture. Deck settings, sun lounges, surfboards and pot plants all take time to load. Put them on your list.
• Stairs. Tell us how many and whether they're inside or out. External stairs in the rain are slower, so weather can matter.
• Holiday rentals. If you're moving furniture into or out of a short-stay property, check the cleaning and check-in times so we're not arriving in the middle of a changeover.
• Narrow side access. Some older beach houses only have a path down the side. Let us know if the front door isn't the easy way in.

Peregian to Noosaville

Noosaville is the single most common destination for our Peregian moves. It's an easy drive north, and the access at the Noosaville end varies a lot: riverside units with shared parking on one street, established houses with garages on the next. Tell us the exact address and whether it's a unit or a house, and we'll plan the unloading accordingly. If you're moving into a unit, find out about the lift and parking before the day, just as you would at the Peregian end.

Moving into Peregian Springs

Peregian Springs is one of the most common destinations for our Peregian moves. Homes in the estate are usually easy to access, with driveways and garages close to the street, but a family home often means a bigger move. Only one or two things? A single-item pickup starts from $109 with one removalist, or $209 if the item needs two. That suits things like a new couch for a holiday home or a bed going to family in Noosaville.

The closest tip

The nearest transfer station to Peregian is the Noosa Transfer Station on Eumundi Noosa Road at Doonan. If you're moving and there are things you don't want at the new place, we can drop them there on the same trip. The tip fee is passed on at cost with no markup, and our time is charged at the same hourly rate as the move. How to keep an hourly move quick

A ready house is a fast house. Pack boxes and tape them shut, strip the beds, and bring outdoor things to one spot near the driveway if you can. If the dining table comes apart, take the legs off beforehand. Tell us if any piece is especially fragile or valuable so we can plan how it travels. Small things like these can take real time off the job.
